Shipping Policy

Standard outbound shipping is free for delivery addresses within Ontario. A $15 flat-rate shipping charge applies to Canadian delivery addresses outside Ontario. Any applicable shipping charge is shown before checkout is completed.

Custom orthotic production begins after the required questionnaire and acceptable fitting data are received. Digital Scans are submitted immediately. Foam Kit orders also require delivery of the kit and return transit before production can begin.

When a prepaid return label is supplied for a Foam Kit, use the original packaging and follow the enclosed return instructions. Customers are responsible for other inbound shipping costs unless Orthotics Direct specifically provides a label.

Delivery and production dates are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, address errors, product availability, rejected scans or impressions and other circumstances may affect timing. Contact Customer Service before sending any return or modification shipment.
