When it comes to custom orthotic and footwear packages, we believe we have the best product in the industry. If for any reason you are not happy with your custom made orthotic or footwear package, we will do whatever it takes to make it right.

Please contact Orthotics Direct customer service to initiate an exchange at csr@orthoticsdirect.ca or (800) 643-1969.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your orthotics and/or your unworn footwear in the original packaging. All exchanges/refunds must occur within 60 days of your original purchase date.

You may call our Customer Care Team at 1-800-643-1969 or email at csr@orthoticsdirect.com and we will help facilitate your return.

What Do I Do If I Want To Change Or Cancel My Order After I Have Placed It?

Please call Customer Care at 1-800-643-1969 between 8am-4:30pm EST, Monday-Friday or email Customer Care at csr@orthoticsdirect.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O Box?

Yes!

Is there a restocking fee or freight charge when returning product?

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing your product back to Orthotics Direct if it is required.
