Once you have connected with Customer Service, a team member will guide you through the steps from one of the 3 options below :
Exchange of Footwear for Different Size / Model or Style:
Our team will help you to order your replacement footwear. Our items move quickly, and we want to ensure that you get the item you want. The replacement item will remain on hold for you until we receive your original product for exchange.
Return of Footwear for Refund:
Footwear is eligible for return up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Ensure the products are in their original condition, unworn with the original packaging.
Once received, your account will be refunded the price of the footwear.
Return of Orthotic Device for Modification:
Should your Orthotics need some attention or modification, please contact our Customer Service to schedule a call with our Technicians to discuss your case.
Once our team understands your needs, you will be directed to return your devices to our facility.
All items being returned to Orthotics Direct must be placed into a shipping box and can be sent by a courier/postal service of your choice. Our Customer Service Team will email you the return address label and the Return Authorization Documentation to include in your shipment.
